Tell those around you about what you are trying to do forself and ask for their support. And if they won't give it to you, either develop the restraint to resist temptation or separate yourself. You well-being is on the line and you simply cannot afford to let anyone or anything stand in the way of it. Whether its on your food intake or your exercise program, when you cheat you end up only hurting your own results and wasting your own good time. DON'T DO IT!
