When it comes to weight loss, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus", right?

Well let's just take a look at this for a moment:

Men and Weight Loss

The main physical difference in men from their female counterparts in relation to body sculpting is the larger amount of muscle they carry.

The primary concerns of the average adult man who is looking at creating his best body are the following:

  • Increasing and/or maintaining lean muscle mass

  • Dropping or warding off the infamous "beer gut"

  • Achieving optimal internal health while upgrading his aesthetic appearance.

Women and Weight Loss

In addition to having less muscle on the average, women tend to have a higher body fat.

This isn't all bad due to the fact that the additional body fat is necessary for the proper functioning of their reproductive systems.

In addition, women can look just as good as a man who technically has lower body fat than her because of how her body is made.

The primary concerns of the average adult woman working toward her best body are:

  • Trimming or keeping the tone in her hips and thighs

  • For some, the stomach and back area will be an area of great concern

  • Many women will also be concerned about the effect that either gaining or loosing weight will have on their breast size, depending on their current situation.

  • Minimizing the fattening effects of child birth

  • Achieving optimal internal health while upgrading her aesthetic appearance.

Where Mars and Venus Come Together

Even though they have different general body make-ups and concerns surrounding unwanted weight, the truth of the matter is that the SOLUTION for both Mars and Venus is essential the same.

No matter what the sex or body type, fat is fat and it is all lost the exact same way. Some may have to work slightly harder at it than others but a similar end result is very achievable for everyone.

Therefore, when it comes to having their best bodies, men and women are merely viewing the same coin from different sides.

In order to be successful at this, they must both do the following:

  1. Stick to the program
  2. Stick to the program
  3. Stick to the program
  4. Rid or severely moderate the amount of sugar, salt, and saturated fat in their daily food intake.
  5. Make sure to get plenty of water, vitamins, and nutrients and supplement properly.
  6. Get the proper rest
  7. Jump off the couch and convert their sedentary lifestyle into an active one.

With these 'keys to the kingdom', you and everyone around you can have great success in upgrading your lifestyle and body---no matter what part of the galaxy they are from.
