FREE Eating Out Tip: Pass on the Pre-Meal Bread
That's right. Bread is served at restaurants
primarily as a filler. You probably owe a great deal of that "bloated" feeling after
your meal to bread indulgence while waiting on your food to come out. Not only does the
bread literally expand to make you feel this way, but bread begins being converted
to blubbery fat almost as soon as you are done.
While everyone else at the table is stuffing their faces with
fresh bread, drink an entire glass of water instead.
This will help to hold you over until your meal comes out because you won't feel completely
empty. It will also be any easy way to make sure you get your approx. 2 liters per day
of water that every adult should have.
Bon Appetit!
