"First You Make YourHabits, Then Your Habits Make You"

- The way you go to work in the morning
- Your hygiene routine
- How much you watch TV
- How efficient you are at work
- Your commitment to excellence (or lack of)
- The kinds of foods you eat
- How much you exercise (or not)
All of these are habits or groups of habits that you have formed over time. And
whether you realize it or not, they along with your other habits have shaped literally every aspect of your life.
That's right, EVERY aspect!
These habits have shaped:
- Your level of health
- Your level of wealth
- Your quality of life
- Your accomplishments
- Your failures
- Many of your life's challenges
...and much more than I have the time or room to discuss in an article.
However, the most empowering thing about habits is that YOU have total control of which ones you pick up;
and you will want to, because guess what? Once you create your habits, they literally take over
and create your life!
Don't believe it?
Just think about your struggle with staying in shape over the years.
How many times have you tried to lose weight--often the same 10-50 pounds?
Have you ever been successful before and still needed to repeat the process
